Lead operations end-to-end for HealthyPets' e-commerce business — warehouse fulfillment, channel sales, and workflow efficiency across Amazon and owned channels.

• Launched ~40 private-label SKUs on Amazon over the last 2 years, owning sourcing, listing optimization, and marketplace strategy.
• Grew the Amazon channel 85%+ year-over-year by optimizing listings and pricing to the marketplace algorithm without sacrificing margin.

Custom software development company. I design, build and operate the platform and the products on it — from AI-driven lead capture and discovery through sandbox build, contract, payment and production deployment.
