About Me
An operator who builds his own tools
I’ve spent more than 13 years at HealthyPets, growing from IT Analyst Programmer to Channel Manager to Vice President of Operations. Today I lead operations end to end — warehouse fulfillment, channel sales and workflow efficiency across Amazon and our owned channels.
Over the last two years I’ve launched around 40 private-label SKUs on Amazon and grown the channel more than 85% year over year by optimizing listings and pricing to the marketplace algorithm without sacrificing margin.
I started as a programmer, and I still build. I create AI agents that automate purchasing, order processing, data extraction and reporting, and through SoftProgrammer I design and ship custom software products for other businesses.
